5.3.13- Sumo thrust!
So, here was today's workout,
20 min AMRAP of:
5- thrusters (65 lbs)
7- hang power cleans (65 lbs)
10- sumo deadlift high pulls (65 lbs)
I got through 8 rounds. It was rough!
