9.4.13- Row that shiiiiiiit

Part one: 5 sets of 5 back squats. I topped out at 245.

Part two: 4 sets of 500 meters rowing, with a 1 minute rest between rounds. I did that in 11:45 or so (I forgot to write the exact seconds down!)

Now I am tired. Boom.
