Turkish get out of town

Here was the crossfit workout of the day:


WOD
On The Minute for 20 minutes:
Even Minutes: 2 Front Squats (for me, the weight was 135#)
Odd Minutes: 2 Turkish Get Ups @ 32/24
-Score is total weight successfully lifted in the Front Squat
-Both Turkish Get-ups in each minute must be done on the same arm.
Now, what the heck is a turkish get-up? Well, imagine the video below, except that instead of holding an Asian woman, I'm holding a small kettle bell.

  1. That's amazing, even with a kettle ball.
    BTW, having to figure out the password to publish is a giant pain. Can that be eliminated? I really don't think you're going to get hacked, and if you do, then can you reinstall the "read-the-impossible-to-read" password?
