Fitness Update (week 8)

Well, guess what just arrived in the mail? My very own scale and measuring tape. Now, even though I haven't had time for the gym, I can keep my metrics regularly. So here is the deal, from now on, every two weeks, I will do a metrics check in on Saturday mornings. Here is it for this week:


Starting Stats (12/10/12):

Height- 5'8.5"
Weight- 336.6 lbs
Waist- 58.5"
Neck- 17.5"
Bodyfat- 46.9%

Current Stats (2/2/13)

Height- 5'8.5"
Weight- 315.0lbs
Waist- 56.5"
Neck- 17"
Body fat- 45.51%

Change:

Weight: -21.6 lbs
Waist: -2"
Neck: -.5"
Body fat: -1.39%


So, I've slowed down a bit, but I'm still moving in the right direction. More updates to come!

    Congrats on losing the weight and generally getting healthier! This si the first time I have checked out the blog but I remember a Facebook post from about the time you started it. I am glad to see it is working well. I have tried a number of different things from the 4 Hour Body just as a way to stay healthier.
